Overview

At Apana Timber, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns for assembled or installed furniture may not be accepted unless the item is defective.

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Any item damaged after delivery (not due to a manufacturing defect)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. Follow our return instructions to ensure your request is processed efficiently.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in these cases:

  • Items with visible signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company first, as processing times can vary. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@apanatimber.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at support@apanatimber.com and ship your item to the return address provided in the instructions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, ship it to the address provided in your return confirmation email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For large or bulky items, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Apana Timber cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
